Split-Type Explosion-Proof Air Conditioner Processing

1. Wall-mounted and floor-standing explosion-proof air conditioners are primarily based on standard air conditioners, with explosion-proof treatment applied separately to the outdoor and indoor units as follows:

(1) Outdoor Unit: Specialized processing techniques and manufacturing methods are applied to the internal electrical controls, compressor, outdoor fan, protection system, heat dissipation system, and refrigeration system to achieve explosion-proof performance. Its external dimensions match those of standard wall-mounted air conditioner outdoor units, and its installation method is identical to that of standard wall-mounted outdoor units.

(2) Indoor Unit: The internal electrical control components are disassembled and undergo specialized processing and manufacturing techniques to achieve explosion-proof design and construction. This creates an independent explosion-proof control box with manual control functionality. Its dimensions match those of a standard wall-mounted indoor unit, and it is installed in the same manner. However, the explosion-proof indoor unit incorporates an additional wall-mounted explosion-proof control box, whose dimensions are shown in the figure.

2. Both explosion-proof indoor and outdoor units incorporate multiple explosion-proof designs externally. The low-voltage control sections utilize intrinsically safe explosion-proof circuits.

Product Features

1. Explosion proof air conditioner is made of explosion-proof treatment on the basis of ordinary air conditioner, with reliable explosion-proof performance and no impact on the performance of the original air conditioner.

2. Explosion proof air conditioners can be divided into: split wall mounted type and floor mounted type according to structure, and can be divided into: single cold type and cold and warm type according to function.

3. The connection of explosion-proof air conditioner pipeline is consistent with that of ordinary air conditioner. The electrical connection must be in accordance with the requirements of explosion-proof electrical installation process. The power supply must be introduced into the explosion-proof control box first, and then divided from the explosion-proof control box.
Do not introduce the indoor unit and outdoor unit.

4. The explosion-proof control box is equipped with a power switch.

5. Steel pipe or cable wiring is acceptable.
