Structural Features and Working Principle

1. The power supply circuit primarily consists of the main power circuit and the backup power circuit. When the main power is operational, it simultaneously charges the backup power and the battery. When the battery is fully charged, the charger automatically switches to float charging mode to counteract the battery’s self-discharge, ensuring the battery’s capacity during power supply.

2. When the main power fails, the centralized power supply automatically detects the loss of AC power. Through software algorithm processing and logical judgment, it automatically switches to emergency mode. Upon restoration of mains power, the control system immediately reverts to normal mains operation. When a system fault occurs, fault information is automatically uploaded to the emergency lighting controller. The software processes this via logical judgment, storing fault records in the database for subsequent review while simultaneously activating an audible alarm. If the event requires transition to emergency mode, the control system switches to emergency operation. Additionally, the central power supply unit features automatic annual and monthly system inspection functions.

3. The centralized power supply allocates 8 independent circuits to luminaires. Communication with luminaires employs a 2-wire mode, featuring non-polarity for both power and signals, along with automatic short-circuit protection. The system exhibits strong anti-interference capabilities and facilitates easy installation.

4. The SH-D-0.15KVA-BXK58 centralized power supply comprises three sections: display module, main control module, and acquisition module (circuit board). Modules communicate via RS485, facilitating troubleshooting when issues arise.

5. All external connection cables of the SH-D-0.15KVA-BXK58 centralized power supply are connected to a terminal block, facilitating wiring. 6. The SH-D-0.15KVA-BXK58 centralized power supply communicates with a PC via CAN bus, ensuring reliable transmission and high real-time performance.
