Measuring Principle

The explosion-proof mass flowmeter consists of two parts: the sensor and the transmitter. Based on the Coriolis principle, it causes the flow pipe passing through the medium to vibrate. The sensor detects and analyzes the changes in the frequency, phase difference, and amplitude of the flow pipe, directly measuring the mass of the medium flowing through it. Density is calculated based on the vibration frequency, allowing the device to simultaneously measure multiple process variables of the medium, such as mass flow.

The transmitter is an intelligent control system with a DSP and ARM core designed to achieve accurate measurement of mass flow rate, density, and temperature. It adopts a high-performance microprocessor and an LCD display screen. Parameter setting is convenient and fast, and the system includes built-in self-checking and self-diagnostic functions.
