Product Features
1. The enclosure is constructed from glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin molding or high-quality stainless steel welding, offering corrosion resistance, anti-static properties, impact resistance, and excellent thermal stability;
2. Stainless steel exposed fasteners provide superior corrosion resistance;
3. This series features an increased safety enclosure housing explosion-proof components such as indicator lights, pushbuttons, selector switches, instruments, and potentiometers;
4. Explosion-proof components feature a modular design for high interchangeability;
5. The selector switch offers versatile functions and can be customized per user requirements; the switch handle can be equipped with a padlock to prevent accidental operation;
6. The fiberglass-reinforced unsaturated polyester resin housing and cover employ a curved-path sealing structure, providing excellent waterproof and dustproof performance. Hinges can be added upon request for convenient maintenance;
7. Suitable for both steel pipe and cable wiring.





Applicable Scope
1. Suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 locations in explosive gas environments;
2. Suitable for Class IIA, IIB, and IIC explosive gas environments;
3. Suitable for Zone 21 and Zone 22 locations in explosive dust environments;
4. Suitable for Class IIIA, IIIB, and IIC explosive dust environments;
5. Suitable for temperature classes T1 to T6;
6. Suitable for hazardous environments in petroleum extraction, refining, chemical processing, military applications, offshore oil platforms, tankers, metal fabrication, etc. Used for remote control of electromagnetic devices in circuits or for switching and conversion control of signal/control circuits. Can also perform local, indirect start/stop/reverse operations near controlled motors. Control columns with ammeters can monitor motor operation or circuit status;
7. Suitable for locations with high corrosion resistance requirements.
