Patlamaya Dayanıklı Ekipmanların Patlamaya Dayanıklılık Seviyeleri Nelerdir

explosion-proof equipment

Explosion-proof equipment is categorized into two primary classes:

Equipment specifically designed for use in underground coal mines.

Equipment intended for use in explosive gas environments other than underground coal mines.

Within the second category, Class II explosion-proof equipment is further divided based on the type of gas environment it can operate in, namely IIA, IIB, and IIC. The IIC rating represents the highest level of safety, signifying that equipment rated IIC is suitable for use in IIA, IIB, and IIC gas group environments.

Temperature Classifications:

T1 indicates a maximum surface temperature of 450°C.

T2 denotes a maximum surface temperature of 300°C.

T3 represents a maximum surface temperature of 200°C.

T4 implies a maximum surface temperature of 135°C.

T5 indicates a maximum surface temperature of 100°C.

T6, the highest safety rating, denotes a maximum surface temperature of 85°C.

This classification system ensures that the equipment used in hazardous environments meets the appropriate safety standards for the specific conditions present.
