Does the Diesel Generator Room Need to Install Explosion-Proof Lights

Generator rooms in power stations require the installation of explosion-proof lighting.

According to Appendix C of GB50058-2014, diesel is classified as having an explosion hazard of IIA and an ignition temperature group of T3. Consideration should be given as per the standards for explosive hazard locations.
