Explosion-proof air conditioners are widely used and serve as a safeguard against various types of explosion incidents. However, certain issues often neglected by consumers can impact their optimal functioning.

1. Vibration

Many manufacturers aim to reduce costs by minimizing the materials used for explosion-proof air conditioners, resulting in less robust cabinet structures. This often leads to resonance during operation. Furthermore, the use of thinner materials by some manufacturers compromises the structural integrity, making it susceptible to deformation and internal component damage upon impact.

2. Heat Dissipation

While high-quality components generally ensure smooth operation, inadequate internal heat dissipation can drastically affect the normal functioning of explosion-proof air conditioners. Improper management of this issue can lead to the air conditioner becoming non-operational.

3. Dust Control
