However, if you possess an ATEX certificate, the situation becomes more complicated. An ATEX certificate cannot be directly converted to a domestic 防爆証明書; instead, you must reapply using the provided documentation.

In fact, international standards for explosion-proofing are often higher than domestic ones. Foreign explosion-proof equipment certainly meets China’s standards, but domestic regulations don’t permit direct recognition.
