Product Features
1. The explosion-proof high mast light features a rational structure and high strength, facilitating easy assembly, maintenance, and light source replacement. Its lifting system and electrical components employ advanced technology with reliable performance.
2. Light Pole: Manufactured from premium carbon steel plate through precision bending and automated welding. All metal components undergo hot-dip galvanization for corrosion protection, followed by passivation treatment. This ensures a protective coating on all internal and external surfaces, extending service life and reducing maintenance costs.
3. Explosion-proof power distribution control system: The explosion-proof control box is fixed at the base of the pole, housing integrated lighting and motor control systems. It features dual-circuit power supply supporting full-load and partial lighting modes, with multiple control options including manual, light-sensing, and time-based controls to meet diverse user requirements. Power is supplied via a trailing cable system, with the explosion-proof control box and lighting cables connected using specialized plug-in connectors equipped with locking devices.
4. Explosion-proof automatic lifting transmission system: This system comprises an explosion-proof motor, worm gear, and drum assembly. It enables the light head to stop at any position. Equipped with over-torque protection and dual automatic/manual operation modes.
5. Hooking System: This system incorporates an automatic hooking/unhooking unloading device (with limit switches) to prevent wind-induced twisting of the light platform. The main steel cable remains in an unloaded state, ensuring platform stability during severe weather conditions.
6. Cable Guide Pulley System: This assembly comprises three pulley arms arranged at 120° intervals and fixed to the top support of the light pole. Each pulley arm is equipped with:
a. Special bearings with sealed, lifetime lubrication;
b. A dedicated automatic locking and release unloading device for the light panel;
c. Pulley wheels made of high-molecular non-metallic insulating material, causing no damage to the cable surface;
d. A limit device to prevent the steel cable from slipping out of the guide pulley.
7. Guidance and Braking System: This system guides the light assembly during normal ascent and descent. In the event of wire rope breakage, it activates as a braking mechanism to prevent the light assembly from falling. The guidance system employs spring-loaded nylon wheels to maintain the light assembly’s centered position throughout movement, preventing skewing that could cause collisions with the pole or damage to the pole’s or light assembly’s anti-corrosion surface. The braking system comprises three sets of devices arranged at 120° intervals. All three brake pads simultaneously wedge into the pole to engage. Once the suspension cable is retensioned, the brakes release from the pole, allowing the light assembly to resume movement. When the cable is unloaded, the brakes remain locked in a protective state. Advanced hydraulic braking technology prevents rigid impact, delivers greater braking force, and ensures smooth, noise-free operation.
8. Lightning Protection Grounding System: The explosion-proof high mast light features a dedicated grounding device with ground resistance not exceeding 10Ω, meeting electrical explosion-proof requirements.
9. All mechanical transmission components undergo non-electrical explosion-proof treatment.
